AA attends Nationals for the 36th time!

AA hosts the 2023 District tournament, where 8 of our students are named National Qualifiers and we take home several other exciting season awards!

17 students compete at the State Championship where we are named an Overall School of Excellence in both Speech AND Debate!

6 students travel to the Bay Area for one of the most challenging and prestigious tournaments of the year, with more than half taking home top awards!

8 students compete in the first of our State/Districts tournaments and we celebrate our first student qualifed to Nationals of the year!

12 students compete in Rio Rancho, bringing home FIVE 1st place championship titles!

10 students compete virtually at La Cueva’s Cave Classic, taking home three separate tournament champion titles!

13 students travel to nearby Arizona in our largest national circuit tournament of the season to date!

7 students travel to New Orleans and win HISTORIC TOP AWARDS!

16 students return to virtual competition with a strong showing at the first ever NSDA Springboard Capstone!

18 students sweep the top 3 finishes at CCPS’s tournament here in Albuquerque!

One varsity policy debate team launches our national circuit travel this season in Houston!

The team sweeps numerous 1st place finishes and 18 students compete in the first full Speech & Debate tournament of the season!

21 students compete in the first in-person NMSDA tournament of the year
